A Visit to Al-Ghat Museum

Under the directive of Dean of College of Science and Humanities in Ghat Dr. Omar bin Mohammed Al-Omar, the Head of the Social Committee in the Unit of Student Activities Dr. Ali Al-Saied Hussein abu Diab, accompanied by 33 students, visited Al Ghat heritage village and Ghat Museum on Tuesday 21/2/1440 AH.
Ghat Museum is considered one of the most prominent sites in the heritage town, that depicts Ghat’s history, traditional heritage, and the contribution of its people in the construction of the Saudi state. The Ghat Province social life and history across all ages is explained in the hall.
The Dean Dr. Omar Al-Omer has stressed that such courses come as part of the college’s plan of many activities, programs and events for students. He praised the students’ interests to participate in such activities for their scientific and practical benefits, and encouraged them to demonstrate their competence and talents.
