Leadership in the field of engineering and applied sciences research by proposing research priorities and funding qualitative research programs that meet different needs.

Mission:

To make MU an advanced center for scientific research and innovation in the fields of science and engineering locally and globally by funding and encouraging faculty members to conduct research projects that achieve national strategic goals.
