Vision, Mission and Objectives

Vision: To qualify faculty members and staff at MU to excel in their work.

Mission: To provide the best quality of services to scholarship-students

Objectives:

- Provide the university with qualified cadres in world universities

- Assist in achieving the university’s plan for development, particularly scholarship program

- Prepare statistics of the university local and overseas scholarship students both for MA and PhD

- Set up executive rules, policies and mechanisms for training and follow-up their implementation.
