INNOVATION AND ENTREPREURSHIP CENTER CONDUCTS A SERIES OF TRAINING FOR STUDENTS

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center conducted a series of courses and workshops for students in cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs as part of the Fifth Student Forum. They aim to qualify students to develop entrepreneurial projects and ideas in various fields.
The Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Chair of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Committee, Dr. Jawaher Al-Omar, pointed out that holding such activities reflects the university's vision to develop students' capabilities and prepare them to meet the demand of labor market.
The director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, Dr. Abdel Aziz Al-Mutairi, highlighted the importance of these events in developing students' skills and raising their awareness about the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship in the labor market.

Course Description
This is a grammar / writing course with thorough training on basic sentence writing. This course will gradually move from basic sentence structures to complex aiming at preparing students for the upcoming writing and composition courses.
The course aims at introducing students to English basic sentence structures and expanding students’ understanding of grammatical parts of speech, subject-verb agreement, types of sentences and modifiers. In addition to, providing extensive training on sentence writing and structure as a preparation for upcoming writing courses.
Among other things, the course involves parts of speech, tenses, subject-verb agreement, types of sentences (including simple, compound and complex), various types of modifiers, as well as transitional expressions.

Course entitled "Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship"
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit in the female sections held a course entitled "Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship", on Thursday 24/3/1441 AH in the Protocol Hall, presented by Dr. Arafa Jibril - from the Department of Business Administration -, where it targeted female students, administrators and faculty members, and included the following axes:
Introducing the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, its capabilities and the services it provides.
Spreading the concept and culture of entrepreneurship among students.
Developing and stimulating the creative thought of students.
Transforming ideas and scientific research into high-value products to support the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Presenting the pilot project in the form of a commercial model with an illustrative description of the stages and prototypes that the financial and accounting feasibility study went through.
