Article Nineteen:

A- The student graduates after successfully completing the graduation requirements according to the study plan, provided that his cumulative average is not less than the rate determined by the concerned university council for each major, provided that it is not less than an acceptable grade in all cases.

B- The College Council may, based on the recommendation of the competent department council, determine suitable courses to be studied by the student to raise his cumulative average, in the event that he passes the courses and fails the average.

 

 

The executive rule of Majmaah University

1- The student graduates after successfully completing the graduation requirements according to the study plan, provided that his grade is not less than acceptable (i.e. his cumulative average is not less than 2.00 out of 5.00), and the College Council - based on the recommendation of the competent department council - may require higher rates for graduation.

2- The academic record must include all the grades of the courses studied by the student, and the grade obtained each time.

3- The student shall not be considered a graduate until after the approval of the University Council to grant him the academic degree, taking into account the provisions of paragraphs (b, c) of Article Twenty of these regulations.

4- Graduation days for semesters are determined through the academic calendar approved by the University Council.

5- The Deanship of Admission and Registration shall submit to the University Council or whoever it delegates graduation notes to grant the degree, and individual graduation notes shall be submitted in cases of students who have an incomplete grade (L) (IC) or who are allowed to take an alternative test in one or more courses at the last level of study of the graduation program, or the like if they complete the graduation requirements, and the last semester in the student's record is considered the graduation semester.

Graduation Document:

A- Each graduate shall be granted a graduation document in which he shall state in both Arabic and English the following information: the date of graduation in Hijri and Gregorian, the student's name in quadruple, his nationality, civil registration number, college, cumulative average, specialization, track (if any), academic degree, grade, and honors (if any), and the document is signed and stamped by the Dean of Admission and Registration.

B- A graduation document can be issued as a replacement for lost.
