5- Following up the program performance

This step is deemed very essential for the recruiting program “Istiqtab” as it is concerned about following up the procedures of linking-up the students with the university and finalizing the administrative and academic procedures which begin by the approval of the respected department, college and committees and ends by creating conducive environment for them. Some students are required to complete their universities requirements which would take longer time. This would entail a great deal of follow-up and facilitation for their procedures by the permanent committee for scholarship and training at the university.
