- Research is provided electronically .

- All provided research is subject to arbitration by experienced and distinguished scientific stature specialists.

- The journal uses two arbitrators at least for each research and the editor may choose a third arbitrator in the event of a disagreement between the two arbitrators.

- Editor notifies the author of the research about the validity or invalidity of the research for publication as soon as possible.

- Research is not published unless the required modifications given by the arbitrators have been made and an electronic copy of the final research is being sent.
