CV Writing

Based on the directive of the Dean of the College of Science and Humanities in Ghat, Dr. Omar Al-Omar, and as part of its strive to develop student skills, the Student Activity Unit conducted on Sunday a training course entitled ‘CV Writing’.
Presented by Dr. Abdellateef Hassan, Assistant Professor at English Department, the course addressed the following topics:
1. How to write a CV in English using the best format
2. introduce students to the main sections in CV
3. Correct misconception about writing a CV
The objectives of the course are to :
1. Students gain necessary skills to write their CV in good way
2. Raise students’ awareness of the importance of CV for getting a job
3. Answer students’ questions regarding writing a CV in English
The Dean, Dr. Omar Al-Omar, said that these course are in line with the preparation of the College for many activities and programs that target students. Students will be provided with courses to develop their skills.
