Training course entitled "Skills of pleading before labor courts"

At the request of the Dean of the College, Dr. Omar Al-Omar, the Student Activities Unit conducted a training course entitled “Pleading Skills before Labor Courts”. The course aimed at spreading labor culture among the trainees, introducing participants to the competencies of labor courts and developing their ability to plead before labor courts.The course was presented on Wednesday by Dr. Ali Al-Sayed Abu Diab and addressed the following topics:-

1. Types of courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. The competencies of the labor courts.

3. The stages of preparing the labor lawsuit sheet.

4. Defenses and the skills of using them in pleading.

5. Methods of objecting to judicial rulings.
