At the request of the vice-rector for graduate studies and scientific research and chaiman of standing committee for scholarship and training, Dr. Ahmed Al-Rumaih, a team – chaired by him- was formed to review and update the regulation of scholarship and training of MU. The team comprises the following members: Prof. Abdullah Al-Suwaiket, Dr. Abdel Aziz Al-Dukhail, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Zamil and Dr. Nawal Al-Masnad.
The team will revise the scholarship regulations and issue a comprehensive guide to serve the university’s scholarships students, taking into consideration the current developments in educational methods and strategies and the development of integrated, hybrid and distance educational systems. The team addressed the necessity of facilitating administrative and financial procedures for scholarship students who are interested to specialize in rare majors.
Dr. Al-Rumaih’s decision to update the regulation was an act before being seen and approved by the university council.
The vice-rector extended his thanks to MU rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren for his support to scholarship students.
