At the request of MU rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren, and the follow-up of the vice-rector for graduate studies and scientific research and chairman of standing committee for scholarship and training, Dr. Ahmed Al-Rumaih, the Department of Scholarship and Training is undertaking enormous work to serve scholarship-students.
Statistics indicate that 1656 transactions were handled during the current academic year, 170 of which were related to issuing decisions, 59 financial guarantee and 90 decisions to extended internal local and overseas scholarships.
Dr. Al-Rumaih extended his thanks to the director of PTC, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Mudaihem for his efforts which helped the department to win the first place of MU Rector Award for Quality and Excellence.
