A Training Course entitled “Quality Implementation in Management Development”

At the request of the Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Mohammed Al-Shaya’a, and within the framework of developing staff’s skills, a training course entitled “Quality Implementation in Management Development” in the training hall on Monday.
Presented by Mr. Adel Al-Shemmri, the course addressed the following topics:
- Concept of quality and continuous improvement
- Steps of implementing quality at workplace
- Performance measurement indicators
- Self-evaluation
At the end of the course, a Q&A session was held for staff who commended the course in improving their skills at workplace.
