University Concludes Its Participation in First Qassim Book Fair

At the invitation of His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Qassim Region, in respond to the directives of the Rector Dr. Khalid bin Saad Al-Muqrin and the follow-up of the Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, both the Deanship of Library Affairs and the Center for Publishing and Translation at the University Department for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research concluded its activities at the 1st Qassim Book Fair held during the period from 6-16 / 6 / 1439, by presenting the following:
12 issues of the Journal of Humanities and Administration with 66 scientific research papers.
5 issues of the Journal of Health Sciences with 48 scientific research papers
5 issues of the Journal of Engineering and Applied Sciences with 19 scientific research papers
Two editions of the Majmah University Quarterly for Research and Studies
11 books for many specialists at the University
40 books of faculty members publications
The University Department for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research has also prepared a special edition for the participation of the University in the first Qassim Book Fair, Which includes a profile of the university in terms of its establishment, and the progress of scientific research at the University via its various research centers and research funding programs, awards of research excellence, research laboratories, libraries, publishing centers and research courses.
This edition has received a growing demand from visitors to the university campus who wish to receive information about the University, its colleges, deanships, programs and activities.
His Royal Highness Prince of Qassim region stopped to take a look at the University corner and its publications.
His Highness expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the University in the field of education, scientific research and community service.
The university concluded its participation in the first Qassim Book Fair on Saturday 16-6-1439.
