The Business Administration Department has visited Al Rajhi Bank; Hawtat Sudair branch Within the educational and training activities of the Business Administration Department, a visit to the female branch of Al Rajhi Bank in Howtat Sudair has been planned in collaboration with the banks’ officials. This visit lasted for three days as a practical application of the curriculum, and it included the training of 70 female students and it was led by Amal Auf. The Chief Executive officer of the branch, Her Excellency, Mrs. Maha Bint Abdullah Al-adheib received the students together with the branch staff who lectured the students on the work process, each in her specialty, as well as the requirements for appointment in the bank. This visit consisted of a comprehensive program through which the students learned about the banking services provided by the employees of the customer service department such as updating data, issuing and renewing cards, or renting a safety deposit box. Within the framework of the visit, the students had also been introduced to the services provided by the Sales and Credit departments, such as the different kinds of loans, the different types of investment portfolios and their composition, and ways of implementing the instructions of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency. They had also been introduced to the instructions that a trader should follow with the exchanger, like the need to check your cash before leaving the cash desk, ways of cashing the banking checks, and the functioning requirements of membership cards. At the end of the visit, a number of gifts and brochures about the bank were distributed on the students.
