Class Management

                          The Training Unit at the Quality and Development Department organized on Monday a training course for faculty members under the theme "Class Management" at the Reception Hall.The Workshop, presented by Dr. Nahed Osman Ali Babaker and Dr. Arafa Jibril, addressed the following objectives:1. Concept for classroom management.2. The role of the faculty member in creating an appropriate educational environment for the educational process by developing and promoting good behavior. 3. Behavior modification skills and reinforcement of student positive behavior. 4. Reasons for class management5. Classroom management Strategies.The session also addressed several topics: 1. Basic concepts of classroom management according to behavioral, social and educational approaches.2. Class management and its relationship to the objectives of the educational process. 3. Class management tasks and strategies.4. Behavior modification skills.5. Critical factors in classroom management.6. Successful classroom management.
