The College Reaps the Results of the Crown of Light Project in the Rector’s Contest of the Holy Quran and Sunna. The Talent Center establishes the Crown of Light project under the administration Of Dr, Hana Hassan, for two successive months. Indeed, the project is established to follow-up holders of Quran and to set up daily recitation circles and it is God’s generosity and bless on the program which is pleased that student be at high readiness in the Rector’s Contest for memorizing the Holy Quran being prepared for. Besides, the Talent Center was in charge of coordinating affairs for the Rector’s contest for memorizing the Holy Quran in the female students’ departments, and the work is underway within the college in accordance with the following program: the first phase is the registration phase as 85 female student were attracted from the Science and Humanities college in Hota Sudeer in all the fifth branches of the competition. The second phase is the training phase where rings of recitation were made in a daily basis. Besides, there was a follow-up of the memorization of the female students by a specialized team in the Holy Quran, and the distribution of schedules to correspond all female students. The times of recitation circles are as follows: The name of the member, time, and place, Dr Sana Hasan Sunday-Monday 9-12 Arabic and psychology departments, Dr, Imen Mustapha Wednesday- Thursday 10-1 Computer department, Dr Nahil Salah Tuesday 9-1 Talent center, Haya Al-sbiei daily 11-1 the activity office, Selma Al- Essimi daily 11-8 Talent Center third phase. The third phase is the playoffs. The female students set for the exam on 03/06/1435 under the organized rules to achieve credibility. Besides, a number of excellent students were selected and qualified for the essential competition. The fourth phase is the preparation phase for testing interpretation. Indeed, the Talent Center prepared daily interpretation sessions, and many female students set for the test on 06/06/1435 under organized rules to achieve credibility. The fourth phase: the scheduled competition in Houta Sudeer was fixed on 06/06/1435. Also, a committee made up of judges from the Zulfi College to execute standards with high degree of credibility was set. In addition, the center had overseen the coordination of the female department for the rest of the university branches and to check the progress of stages as required, to achieve together the competition goal and the wise vision. Moreover, the Students Affairs’ Deanship had entrusted the competition coordination to Professor Selma Essimi in the female departments in all the university colleges. The center, also, had organized His Excellency the Rector’s competition for memorizing the Sunna during which polarization and encouragement of female students took place. The test was held on Thursday, 06/17/1435 AH, for all colleges in the university. With praise to God, this work was coronated with wining the first ranks in His Excellency the Rector’s competition of the Holy Quran, and results were as follows: the student branch “the first rank” the whole Quran for Naha Al-Sehili. The second first rank of half of the Quran was for Ibrar Al-Damagh. The third first rank of third parts of the Quran was for Machael Al-Lifan. The fourth first rank of five parts of Quran was for Touka Al-Mousa and Safiyat Al-Kharif the first and the third. The fifth first rank of two parts of the Quran was for Bachayer Al-Sahw and Mahasen Al-Joujou the first and the third. As for the results of His Excellency the Rector of the University competition of the Prophetic Sunna was as follows: The level, the name, the rank, and the branch. Aisha Al-Ibrahim the first of the fourth branch, Amira Al-Hanafi the third. Indeed, the Houta Sudeer college of Science and Humanities represented by its Dean has welcomed with joy. Indeed, he felicitated the college and thanked Talent Center for such achievements, and he instructed the center to invite the winners from the female students to a wonderful ceremony during which he thanked his daughters and motivated for more achievement. Also, he thanked the Student Affairs’ Dean, Professor Maha Al-Lifan for her concern and support for Talent Center. Besides, he praised the Center Director Dr, Nahil Salah for her perseverant efforts in the service of the female students. Also, he thanked deputy president professor Selma-Al Essimi for her efforts, dedication, and dynamism. Thanks also went to the rest of members, advisers, and collaborators in achieving this success.
