Dean of the College and Head of Astronomical Observatory, Dr. Tariq bin Suleiman Al Bahlal, held a meeting with the employees of the Astronomical Observatory on Tuesday, 15/03/1436 H, corresponding to 06/01/2015. Therefore, this meeting has included on several key themes that aim to set policies and foundation rules for working at the Astronomical Observatory as being scientific reference affiliated with the University of Majmaah, and these policies must be based on a scientific perspective, where the staff of the Observatory seeks to make this observatory as a scientific reference for researchers, learners, and hobbyists at the local and international levels. Also, the administrative restructuring has been adopted and through which the distribution of tasks according to the functional reference occurred and as required based on the advantage of work . Hence, the meeting was attended by Vice Dean of the College for Educational Affairs, Dr. Yousef bin Mohammed Al Mahous, and Head of Public Relations Unit at the college Mr. Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Saeed
