A Program entitled “Diabetes”

The Department of English Language at female campus held a program entitled “Diabetes” on Thursday in the training hall under the supervision of Dr. Ihsan Abdelqader. The program aimed to minimize the risk of diabetes and the importance of maintaining good health by having natural sugar found in vegetables and fruit. The causes and follow-up of diabetes disease were discussed along with highlighting the best practices for disease prevention such eating particular types of food, exercise and maintaining healthy weight.
