A Training Program

The Unit of Student Activities in cooperation with the Deanship for Student Affairs organized a training program entitled "This is How You Should Start" on Tuesday 16/4/1437 in the Ceremonies Hall. The program was conducted by the trainer Ali AL Ghailan where he talked about the idea of equilibrium in a man's life. He argued that balanced daily activities are the cause behind success. In fact, Mr. AL Ghailan explained that equilibrium means finding the best way to organize one's priorities within a specific program where no particular part dominates the others so that our daily activities are achieved effectively. The trainer went then into the explanation of how to organize one's daily time in a manner appropriate to one's monthly and annual plans. He talked about the fact of practicing sport properly insisting on the idea that sport has to be a daily habit and behavior. At the end of the program, students were given the floor to ask questions, discuss and participate.
