A Workshop on “ How to Start up a Small Project”

The Vice-Dean’s Office for Quality and Development, represented by the Training Unit, conducted on Wednesday a workshop entitled “ How to Start up a Small Project”. Dr. Mohammed Abo-Saleh, faculty member at the Department of Business Administration, presenter of the workshop, introduced the idea of small project and the reasons of being small. The importance and method of writing a feasible study for any project was highlighted. Dr. Abo-Saleh also explained how to write a report about the project, how to get the capital for the project, raw materials, workers as well as how to calculate the revenues and risks.
