The Business Administration Department held in cooperation with the Training Unit at the Vice-Dean’s Office Quality and Development, a workshop, entitled “How to choose Your Scientific Major”. The workshop was presented by Dr. Ja’afer Al-Shareef, Head of Planning and Study Programs Committee, who talked about the courses that students should take into consideration when selecting their academic major. He also said that such a step should be taken after consulting the academic advisor, should match with students’ interest and capacity and should even meet the demands of job market. Available job opportunities were mentioned for graduates of human, financial and administrative resources. A form was distributed for each student to determine his major.
