Workshop on Affiliation and Organizational Loyalty

The Department of Business Administration organized on Thursday 5th February, 2015 a workshop that took place between 11am and 13pm for the female security employees which was delivered by Dr. Arafa Jebril Abu Nacib; the Associate Professor in the Business Administration Department. The workshop dealt with the concept of the organizational loyalty and its entries, manifestations of employees’ loyalty and the associated factors, and how the organizations implement loyalty among the employees and areas that the organization can invest in order to promote the state of loyalty among the employees. The workshop was accompanied with an integrated PowerPoint display that facilitated the process of interaction with the audience that expressed his thanks to what they considered as enriching to their information, and an increment that would develop and enhance their performances
