A Workshop entitled “Standards of Successful Administrative Staff”

The Training Unit at the Vice-Dean’s Office for Quality and Development, conducted a workshop for staff entitled “Standards of Successful Administrative Staff” on Wednesday in the training hall.
The workshop was presented by Dr. Jamal Halawah who talked about the essential standards against which staff’s performance is determined such as decision-making and strategies of solving problems.
Dr. Halawah also highlighted the characteristics of successful administrative staff including being patient and bearing the consequences.
Time management, particularly with regard to work priorities was also mentioned for the success of an administrative staff along with file management and how to arrange a meeting. The workshop was wrapped up by talking about brainstorming.
