: On Sunday, November 16 , 2014, the Students Activities Unit organized, with the help of Dr. Najwa Sulaiman the director of the Health Unit in Hutat Sudair, the World Diabetes Day in the amphitheatre. The program included a session about the causes and symptoms of Diabetes and how to prevent it which was accompanied with a thorough visual display, and few corners were prepared ( a blood glucose test laboratory corner, a corner for sensualizing programs and leaflets, and a corner for food containing the lowest rate of glucose). The programs contained inquiries by the attendance. At the end of the program, Dr. Najwa Sulaiman did some blood glucose test for those who volunteered. She was honored with a trophy presented by the Students Activities Unit.
