Integration in the Academic Environment

Within the activities of the Continuous Education and Community Service Unit and in cooperation with the unit's representatives in academic departments, the Departments of English, Mathematics, and Business Administration held a number of meetings with the freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors of the college between 6/1/1437 and 9/1/1437 in the ceremonies hall. The meetings discussed a number of axes: 1. the importance of integration in the university environment and its impact on academic achievements and on social and leadership skills acquisition; 2. raising students’ awareness to the vitality of community work especially lending assistance to freshmen; 3. the importance of direct communication between a freshman and a senior so that the first benefits from the latter's experience whether in terms of laws and regulations or academic achievements. New students commended on this meeting for the crucial issues that have been highlighted and discussed.
